nrdc: Keep Shell Out of the Arctic!
The Obama Administration has given Shell a tentative go-ahead to drill this summer off the coast of the Arctic Refuge, where an oil spill could be catastrophic to polar bears and other vulnerable wildlife.
Send a message to Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, and urge him to reject Shell’s outdated oil response plan and deny Shell the final permits the company needs to start drilling.
